  • Mhcjewelry.com offers physical products for sale, including necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets. These Terms govern all transactions and use of our services.

3. Key Commercial Terms

  • When you make a purchase, you agree to:

    • Read the item description and understand your commitment to buy.

    • Enter a legally binding contract upon completing the checkout process.

  • Prices for products are displayed on the website and may change without notice. Additional charges may apply, such as taxes and transaction fees.

4. Customs and Import Charges

  • Clients are responsible for any customs and import charges or taxes applicable to their orders, as well as any associated postage fees and/or return fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • You may return undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided you include the original receipt and packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out to contact@mhcjewelry.com to begin the returns process.

  •  Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as customised items and final sale items.

6. Right to Change Offerings

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services or products without notice.

7. Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Warranty

  • We offer a 3-month warranty. If a product is found defective, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product upon receiving a valid claim (please contact our customer care team via contact@mhcjewelry.com).

9. Lost or Damaged Items

  • For items lost by the postal service, we will replace or issue a refund where a replacement is not available once the insurance claim with the carrier is approved. 

  • For items lost after delivery, MHC JEWELRY is not liable.

  • For items damaged in transit, please contact us via email at contact@mhcjewelry.com to arrange a replacement or refund if a replacement is not available.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Mhcjewelry.com and/or on Mhcjewelry.com.au is the exclusive property of MHC JEWELRY. You may not use, copy, or distribute any materials without our express permission.

11. User Accounts

  • We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may cancel your account at any time.

12. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Meiri Honda Contieri trading as MHC JEWELRY harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the website or services.
